A floor lamp of glazed ceramic designed by the Polish ceramist Marian Zawadzki ( 1912 – 1978 ) for Tilgmans Keramik, Sweden. Using a sgraffito technique, Marian Zawadzki carved thin lines in his designs which gave his work a unique texture.
The fine ceramic base shows the graphic representation of 2 women and floral decor. The lamp comes with the original shade made of two layers, the outer layer made of pleated veil.
